In The Works

I always have several novels waiting to be published. Here is a layout of what I have in store for this market and expected publication dates, where applicable.

The Ariana Trilogy, reprint of the first three Ariana novels in one book! This project was delayed, but is scheduled for May 2008. I'm so excited to have these books available again! Editing and the cover are all finished. I'll be posting it soon!
Eyes of a Stranger - On the first day of her new life, Tawnia McKnight finds herself Oregon, her fifth state in ten years. Another new job, new friends, a heartache left far behind. Maybe in Portland she can at last find what she is looking for. Maybe she can forget Bret Winn. Yet when tragedy rocks all of Portland, Tawnia is thrust back into the life of the man she thought she’d never see again. But that is only the beginning. Bret introduces her to a stranger—a stranger with inexplicably familiar eyes—and Tawnia finds herself drawn into a web of confusion and deceit. Why does the eccentric Autumn Rain look so much like Tawnia? Autumn’s suffering over her missing father seems to be real, but there is much that cannot be explained. Will Tawnia find what she is looking for, or will everything she is beginning to care about slip once again from her grasp? Fall 2008.
The Garden, a novel about two young girls who are friends despite the disease that is tearing them apart. A novel of hope. In progress
Amber travels to Portugal to discover the secrets in her family's past. Why did her mother flee the country, leaving behind everything she loved, including Amber's father? At the family villa, she is welcomed with joy, except by the one man who has captured her heart. The truth she discovers is far more devastating than she ever expected. Will her own new-found love be destroyed in the flames? In progress.
The Gift of Angels (working title), a short inspirational novel about a woman who learns she has a serious, possibly terminal illness. How does she tell her children, especially her youngest who is only fourteen? Her faith wavers as everyone around her seems to receive divine help—everyone except her. Doesn't she too, deserve an angel of mercy? Finished. Publication date pending.
My Mormon Woman book. This is a novel I want to write for the national market about the life of a typical Mormon woman and her friends and family. It will deal with many sensitive issues that are dear to LDS women in a way that is accessible to non-members. I have been gathering information to use for years. It is my dream of "The Great Mormon Novel" which I'd like to take a stab at writing. (Doesn't every LDS author?) I'm halfway into this novel, but have to keep stopping to finish other projects. Soon! Soon!

As yet unentitled romantic suspense novel with characters Brooke and Fred from Love on the Run! (Yes, with Cassi and Jared, too!) This book promises to be a lot of fun. I can't wait to get to it, but sometimes I wonder if I ever will.
A historical romance series inspired by the first members of my family to join the LDS Church in England. Join them as they leave their beloved home and family and come to America, facing many hardships as the cross the plains and settle in Utah. Three books planned. (Again, I don't know when I'll ever get to this series. I'm beginning to think I'll have to write it in the Afterlife.)
